Data collected
What you type into the quote request and application forms: name, company, email, phone, the text of your request and any files you upload (drawings, logos, CV).
Purpose
To answer your request, prepare a quote or assess an application. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Who processes data on our behalf
To run this website we rely on providers that process data on our behalf, as data processors. Netlify hosts the site and runs the functions that receive form submissions; Neon holds the database, in Frankfurt; Cloudflare stores the files you attach, in the European Union. When you submit a form, its content also reaches us by email through Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc., based in San Francisco: the message contains your name, email, phone, the text of your request and links to any attachments, but not the files themselves, which stay in the archive and can only be opened through our restricted access. Resend keeps a copy of the messages for the period set by the service, currently 30 days.
Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify runs the site’s functions and Resend delivers the emails from data centres in the United States. Both transfers are governed by the contracts with the providers, which adopt the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission in Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, under Article 46 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679; both providers also state that they participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, for applications, for the period stated in the full notice.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to imeservicesrls@gmail.com.
